Mingxin the Little Monk｜Half a Bowl of Rice

At lunch, an old man in worn clothes stands at the temple gate. The Master picks up his own bowl and pours half his rice into the old man’s bowl. Mingxin does not want to share, and holds his bowl tightly. But then he sees the Master’s bowl — only half left. He stands up and walks out. A gentle story about generosity.
